Introduction
Our cold brew is made of coarsely ground coffee beans steeped for 16 hours then filtered. This brewing process results in a smoother, less acidic coffee.
Steeping Instructions - 2.5 GallonsGrind 2.5 pounds of Maple Leaf Hartford Espresso beans on the Coarse setting.
Place the ground espresso into the stainless steel mesh basket with the basket placed inside the steeping vessel.
Add 7 quarts of water and stir.
Cover with a lid and let steep in the fridge for 16 hours.
Remove the lid and stainless stainless steel mesh basket from the grounds. Whatever the yield of cold brew, dilute with the same amount of water in a 1 - to - 1 ratio.
